Welcome to myYES - The source for knowledge on gender & orientation.

We are excited that you are here! Thanks for visiting myYES - your Online Community on Gender & Orientation. We invite your ideas, questions, and comments, and welcome your partnership in opening a new world of experience and learning about gender & orientation. A social revolution is underway propelled by new definitions and distinctions of biological sex, gender, and orientation. This revolution will be disorienting for some, as it introduces unfamiliar ways of thinking about ourselves and relating to others. Research and technology are laying the groundwork for this paradigm shift, but information alone is not enough.

Gender identity is at the very core of our being—the starting point of who we are and who we think we are. Learning about ourselves at this fundamental level will challenge our beliefs, our thinking, and perhaps even our communication.

YES Institute holds a standard of skilled communication that encourages and can include all viewpoints while keeping a focus on safety for all youth. This approach has proven to be very effective in facilitating productive dialogue.
